Diana Ross! Who would have thought .......

Diana Ross, who would have thought ……..
Singing songs from the 70’s in her 70’s , she would be such a symbol of empowerment?

Last night I attended Ms. Diana Ross’ concert with the National Symphony orchestra at the Kennedy Center. Still a Diva, she filled the full concert hall with her personality, style and sexiness.
She provided a very entertaining performance with songs that  still actually had lyrics from ‘back in the day’.
Songs like:
It’s my turn
Reach out and touch….. make this world a better place if you can
If you need me just call me
Ain’t no mountain high enough
Do you know where you are going to?
Home
And… I will survive !
Songs and lyrics coming from a 75 year old that seemed all the more relevant, meaningful and powerful today.

As someone who strongly believes in staying healthy and active, last night, I felt Diana personified everything that is possible at her age. With a very full life, 5 children and 5 grandchildren and tons of vitality left over.  Still in great shape and walking tall (on heels!).
She is the epitome of what anti-aging is all about.

I wish her all the best, her concert is well worth seeing: it is enlightening and uplifting. I hope she stays around for many more years to come. Truly a role model for taking care of yourself!
