September: A time of transition and change. The leaves fall to make way for new life!

September is a season of change—a perfect time to reset, renew, and refocus on your health.

As summer winds down and routines shift, we naturally begin to look ahead. Change is never just about endings; it’s also about beginnings. This is the perfect moment to nurture the habits that support your well-being and prepare for the months ahead with strength, clarity, and intention.

My concierge program was designed with this in mind—to walk with you through life’s transitions, offering the support, access, and personalized care you need to feel your best all year long. If you want to learn more about my concierge program, click on the button at the bottom of my website pages.

Here’s to stepping into this new season with energy and focus.

Warmly,

When You Need More Than Just a Doctor: The Doctor-Patient Relationship, Reimagined

I remember a woman once told me—when I was trying to reassure her—that she would rather go to the dentist than have a Pap smear!

As I get older, I’ve learned to have more compassion and empathy. Going to any medical facility can be anxiety-provoking. Whether it’s facing a test, lying still in a tunnel and hoping it will be over soon, or being stuck with needles and prodded with probes—it’s rarely pleasant, and sometimes it can be downright frightening.

That’s why it helps to have a trusted partner by your side. A familiar face who can ease your fears, explain what’s happening, and guide you through the process. Too often the human element gets lost in the shuffle of modern healthcare.

This is why my motto is: Rooted in science. Guided by compassion. Personalized care and lifelong wellness. After 35 years of practicing, I can honestly say I’ve learned how to be a better doctor—and I am deeply grateful for the many patients who continue to place their trust in me.

So if you ever find yourself in need of someone you can trust to give you a second opinion, a calm voice to ease your anxiety, or simply someone who will tell you the truth, you know where to find me.
